The Piano

This week we were blessed with a piano. A family in our homeschool group gave it to us for Jameson in particular. He loves the piano, and keyboards just don’t cut it. He has been playing constantly, and when he hasn’t been JJ has enjoyed a turn, as well as my husband and I. Here is the piano;

And here is Jameson playing. He hasn’t had many opportunities to really learn, but can pick stuff out by ear.

JJ actually has an ear for music too, but his patience is a little short.

We have wanted a piano for years, and years, and years. Jameson has been asking for one the last three years, and always plays at his Grandma and Grandpa Heath’s house. We are so thankful to the Lee’s for this piano, and to our neighbors for helping us bring it home!

About nigerianmeadows

I am a homeschooling mother of 2 autistic children and cook gluten-free, I homestead on 2.5 acre and raise goats and chickens for dairy and eggs, I garden, cook, quilt, and take photographs. I build, paint, scrub, and dance on tables. I am the ultimate WOMAN!!! Oh, yeah, and I like my husband a whole lot (he is the one that makes all this possible, and he loves me like no other!)
