Maple Yogurt Dessert

I bought some yogurt yesterday that looked really good. It was called Maple Yogurt, and had real maple syrup and cream in it, plus lot’s of probiotics.  We ate it for breakfast today, and I had this grand idea to turn it into a dessert! It is amazing, and you could make it easily enough by adding maple syrup to some plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt (but then you would have extra sugar). Here it is;

Maple Yogurt Dessert

  • plain yogurt with maple syrup to taste, or Maple Yogurt from the store
  • chopped nuts of choice
  • cinnamon

Fill parfèt cups with yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then nuts. Serve cold.
